Why are they so lazy? It is the fastest route to business failure. Our problem is that LR are making most of their money out of minted RR owners who don't (a) have a clue or (b) gve a to55 because they'll sell their cars before warranty is up. The knock on effect is given to us with a load of mechanics who think they can get away with murder.
It's worth a complaint To the dealer principle Grockle. I recently got a free MoT and 25% off all future servicing and consumables for having caught them out on sloppy techician work. |

I agree with SEB,
I had issues and some how managed to get a free service from the dealer and then another free service from LR to use as an when required. |

Complain to the dealer principle. make sure you've got a copy of your service schedule first though (to be certain that greasing the props and changing brake fluid actually is on that mileage!)

Jag's ethos is different though and are much more strict on the dealers than LR is.
The business work ive seen between Jag and dealer is worlds away from LR and dealer. Mike |

You say grease the prop but my mates got no nipples on his. I am yet to check mine. Will be funny if they try and charge him for greasing them.
