Anybody know if it is possible to retro-fit heated seats & front screen to a County?
I've seen the discussions about the front screen, but what about the heated seats? Barney |

Is the wiring not already installed then? |

yes.....
no, you must install a new wiring loom. if you (like me) want to replicate the original Land Rover wiring scheme, you need to take a signal from the tacho unit (ENGINE RUN SIGNAL) not so difficult ..... pm me if you want other infos, so I scan my "study" made for my front screen "upgrade" Discovery 5 td6 HSE Stornoway Gray Outback Engineering Limited Edition IID Pro MV License |

Not really that difficult.
Is it a TD5 or Puma? You could either do some wiring yourself, or (as I did) replace your loom with a cold climate pack loom which will already have connectors for screen, seats etc. Much neater job and it has correct switches, relays etc. You can then use the factory switches and only need to buy the seat heater pads. My blog - www.anacreinhampshire.blogspot.co.uk 110 TD5 BuildHERE - sold! 110 Tdci Build HERE - sold! Passat Alltrack - 4x4, auto, 45mpg, gloriously comfortable - but not a Defender! |

It will be a Puma (when I get it).
I'm looking for a cheap Hard-Top or Pick-Up, but can't find any with the Cold Climate Pack fitted. Have you any details of the replacement wiring loom or other parts? |

the only problem I had, is that there isn't any wiring for the screen, but quite a few people have managed it 2.4 90 XS

Anyone got the fitting instructions for the Exmoor Trim heated seats?
They couldn't be less helpful when I asked them. |
