Switzerland 2009 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SVX Station Wagon Santorini Black
Daniele, very nice that Labcraft scenelight from Mud. I ordered the same one for the SVX a week ago, and had it delivered to a friend in the UK who will bring it over when he comes to Geneva next week. Interesting that he commented that when he received the lamp from Mud, he was so surprised with the high build quality of this lamp that he ordered one for himself Thumbs Up
Looking forward to receive it, and intend to install it centrally same as you did. Just intend to keep the washer nozzle a bit closer to the center, not as extreme to the left of the door as you did.
A friend of mine here has it already installed on his Puma, and I can confirm the light output is very good.
I will have it installed with two illuminated switches, one on the dash, so that I can use it as an extra reverse lamp when needed, but also a second switch in the rear of the truck.
Eric You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.

Hi Eric,

I wired mine with two switches, uno on the cubby box and the second on the rear, closer to the Left loudspeaker.

Below you can see the electrical diagram.

With the cubby box switches (ON-OFF.ON) you can select:
1. Rear lamp ON
2. Rear lamp OFF
3. Rear lamp ON with reverse

with the rear one you can switch on the lamp
