The twice-yearly Dealer Attitude Survey carried out by the NFDA (National Franchised Dealers Association) is eagerly awaited by carmakers to see how they have performed relative to other brands. This time 28 networks took part in the survey carried out in January 2015.
The top franchises were: 1. Mercedes-Benz 2. Kia 3. Suzuki 4. Audi 5. Land Rover. Land Rover has fallen out of the top three and now resides in fifth place. However, speciacally on profit earned: 1. Land Rover - by a long way 2. Mecedes-Benz & Audi 4. Kia 5. Suzuki 6. Fiat http://www.rmif.co.uk/_assets/DAS%20Result...2015_2.pdf It's interesting to see dealer's responses to questions like: How satisfied are you with the price of manufacturer parts compared with parts factors? How satisfied are you with the fairness of your manufacturer’s warranty policy for you and your customers? |
