Time to update this dormant post!
He's now had a full external cage fitted plus a LED Whip & beacon for the quarry work I do. Its going into Land Rover next week for warranty work in the external bodyshop on the corroded x member, screen surround, blocks and also the area below the rear doors and also the rear door sill area. It will be going to LRO Peterborough for a visit to Gary at Alive tuning to claim my prize of a remap plus a straight through exhaust and intercooler with silicone pipes. Just need to discuss with Gary at a closer date when I've saved some readies! After then it will probably visit Ian at IRB for his clutch upgrade and get the ashcroft spline upgrade fitted to my gearbox at the same time to avoid the spline eating syndrome most puma's seem to get. Ive done 10k in it the last 4 months and its been perfect! mostly fast A/B roads to mid Wales and more recently on the next job its been M4/M5 south to Torquay where my current contract is Ill post some pics now

Its 6 year corrosion warranty on the body work, I've got corroded rear x member, rear door sill, windscreen blocks, screen surrounds, panels below rear doors etc, going to be expensive for JLR! only done 54k but prev owner lived near the sea. Russ I bought it used off eBay for £600 off a ex quarry 110 CSW and had it fitted by BeyPro Fabrications for £200 so bit of a bargain considering most are high teens to 2k for their cages! That cage is a nice close fit to the roof line. I've seen some, I think P&P, that have a massive gap. The SD cages also seem to be a good close fit.
Looks really good and much safer with the cage on...

Yes roll over safety was my main priority in purchasing this as I do a lot of Mway driving in the defender for work and also carry family in it on occasion. It can get messy fast if it goes wrong on fast roads and Ive seen a couple roll overs myself with the roofs being flattened! Especially if I am going to put Alive Stage Three on it 
Its welded to the chassis with the only bolts being in the roof as it was split for transportation. I had no idea they had a long warranty on body corrosion, I think I might take a trip to my local dealer and see what they say. My windscreen-bulkhead brackets are shot, (nearly bought a new billet pair at Biiling today) and plenty of corrosion on the rear x-member! I just thought it's a Land Rover

Bought a pair of these 9" LED spot lights for £120 the pair,

Finally fitted the LED spots to the 110 with galvanised L brackets that I got for £1
being wired up next weekend

It's a quarry safety LED whip missing the hi vis flag at the top whoops!
Just so I don't get flattened by the mobile plant hopefully!!
