Not happy
As in a previous thread about water ingress http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic34078.html my car has arrived back worse for wear .... It now leakes more and is scratched in a few places that it wasnt before.. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Now Grange and their bodyshop are deciding who done what work,as the car has been into both locations... and as far as the leak being worse they said we've followed the guidlines in how to repair, but they do leak anyway dont they... So we wait and see now on plan B lets hope it dont rain too much as i will need to commute to work in me buggie smugglers and arm bands Chris you may be getting a call shortly!!! Would that not just be criminal damage?
I would print your photos on some A4 paper with the chain of events on the flip side, then kindly go to the showroom on a busy Saturday & Sunday and kindly share with every customer going in and out, you will be surprised how quick things are done for you to your satisfaction. Could be worth just sliding the photos under each show car wiper blade. No matter what warranty exists or not as the case may be, garages or in fact any company that you entrust your vehicle to has a duty of care in seeing that your vehicle is looked after in a proper and right manner. The persons you handed over your Defender to have so obviously failed in this duty and as such I would demand that any damage is put right. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at..

Absolutely disgusting the
Lack of care with your defender. I'm sorry to say the main dealers are no good at this sort of repair. Water ingress needs to be sorted ourselves so it's done properly with care. I hope they get your Defender back to the standard you left it with them. Steve |

I would definately be creating a BIG fuss over that... Looks like theyve taken it laning! How else could they possibly get scratches on it in so many different areas?
