^^^ In that case park somewhere else! No-one forces you to be a knob, it is entirely your choice!

If you must squeeze into an unsuitable space, at least park 2mm from the car that caused the problem, rather than the one parked sensibly. I bet Mr Audi would have been well pleased if the woman had entered her car through the passenger door and scraped his car whilst leaving the space.

I also never understand people who drive forwards into spaces like that - to my mind it indicates a lack of awareness and general cluelessness that makes me question whether they should be allowed to drive at all. You reverse into spaces so that you are straight, central, and can get into or out of the space without scraping the car on either side.

The parkers who really bug me are those who park slap bang on the line between two spaces and half occupy both, because their paintwork is more valuable than the rest of us plebs.

Bit harsh, you can get straight central and between the lines whether you drive in or reverse in. I will either reverse in or drive in dependant upon which approach keeps me furthest from the adjacent cars drivers doors.
