How many previous owners has yours had?
Just curious to know the average length of time you would own a Defender.

Let me start this off by saying in 25 years, my Defender 90 has had 12 previous owners.
That makes me #13 and based on the above, I'll be selling it within two years. Big Cry

First was a 84 110 SW I was the third owner from 1991 to 2000

Next was a 1996 CSW second owner from 2000 to when I can sell it.

Third have a 2015 110 XS SW waiting for collection in 2 weeks time........intend to keep Thumbs Up

Just one previous.
Sold it back to the main dealer after two years because it turned out to be not the sort of vehicle he wanted, Did 6,700 miles in two years.
Paid £19K for an originally £26K 90XS.
High air intake and full set of OEM rubber mats included.

Mine was two years old when I bought it. Demo plus one owner, so I was the third.
Had it six years and sold it only to upgrade to a 130 whilst they're still available ex-utilities with all the kit..

More or less the same for me too except the RAI.
Funny enough the previous owner did some good mods that I actually wanted anyway so it really was win win. Thumbs Up

I bought my previous 110 when it was 18 years old and I was it's second owner! I had it for 4 years so 2 owners in 22 year for that one.

I have a 1983 110, I am the third owner, the previous two are both within 10 miles of me and it has a local registration. For me, that adds to satisfaction of owning it.
