A-Plan Insurance are an independent broker and have been in operation for over 50 years. As a company we are very selective and work closely with the insurers on our panel. We aren’t on aggregator/comparison websites and like to talk quite extensively to our clients to make sure we recommend the right product with the right level of cover.
As mentioned, we have selected over 40 insurers on our panel providing cover from daily driver Evoques to classic Ferraris – anything and everything enthusiast owned and driven, hence our connection with the Defender2.net forum.
One of the insurers on our panel is Markerstudy Insurance, they own Zenith Insurance, Lancaster Insurance, Sureterm Direct and various other insurance businesses. As such they have thousands of policyholder’s policies transacted through hundreds of channels and brokers, as a result the service a client may receive could vary depending on the involvement of the broker administering a policy.
At A-Plan Insurance we pride ourselves on our internal claims handling services, and in the unfortunate event that you do need to make a claim, we will be involved from start to finish, explaining the steps along the way to ensure a smooth and prompt resolution. It doesn’t really make any difference who you are insured with as we handle any changes or claims you need to make.
