14 or 15" Steering Wheel Choice
Looking at fitting a new wheel to the Defender. Can anyone give me some thought about choosing between 14 and 15 inch, Momo or Moto-lita ?.

Cheers,

I fitted a 15" Mota-lita ages ago, anything smaller might make it difficult to read the clocks easily, plus 15 feels 'just right' for me somehow. The picture seems to make it look bigger than it actually is...

Personally I think 14 inch steering wheels on a Defender are to small, I have a 15 inch Momo Jet fitted and it feels just right. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at..

It really depends on your driving position whether you would be able to see the instruments with a smaller diameter wheel. I went to the factory and tried both 14 and 15" and opted for the 15.
