Love the haggis but Brendan can have my share of Scottish wine.
And remember a haggis is not just for burns night - I love a bit with a cooked breakfast.

I've had no end of gullible people over the years with tales of Haggis running round the mountains of Scotland. They allways run in a clockwise direction due to the right legs being shorter than their left so that they had a natural lean upslope.

As an aside, Aldi are selling Haggis and other Burns Night bits and bobs from today!

Apart from the usual way I make chicken balmoral with it. Make a pocket in a chicken breast, stuff it with haggis, wrap it with Parma ham a cook in a sauce of whiskey and creme fraiche. Even fooled my 80 year old aunty into eating haggis this way.
