Rechargeable docking torch for in the 110
I like this that Land Rover do- http://accessories.landrover.com/gl/en/ran...ble-torch/

But a bit expensive really and not sure it's actually the greatest of torches/heard nothing about it.

Does anyone recommend any decent rechargeable/docking torches that I could wire permanently into the car? Definitely LED and don't want to have to take the batteries out to put them on charge separately.
Ideally <£50 or so but don't mind paying for a decent one. Cheers, David
Land Rovers of all shapes S3 onwards… Daily is a 110 V8.

No idea whether it is any good , but fits straight in to a 12v accessory socket.

I'll give it miss then, had idly thought it might be worth getting one if I saw one.

At 300 Lumens it is not a particularly high output model David... Whistle

I have one of these in my Laycorn box as well as a little torch.

They about 22 quid and come with a car charger and a mains charger.

They last about 6 hours and have 2 output settings Thumbs Up

For convenience, size, weight and cost these are more than adequate dependant on intended use. Led Lenser too.
I got a handful from RS for the family by cashing in the vouchers from the RS Components Christmas promotion three years ago. They're still going strong. Not many more lumens than the one originally posted at 320 but ok nevertheless.
