Immobiliser light continually flashing

I had to replace 2 fobs for my td5 lately.

To keep gong till I got the fobs I entered the emergency key code to disable the immobiliser.

Got fobs and new nanocom, tuned fobs into immobiliser and both working fine.

Ever since the immobiliser light flashes all the time even when driving.

Anyone any ideas ?

Is it something to do with disabling the immobiliser ?
