Will PM more details when I have received them, but link below gives the area its in with good links to Port at Bordeaux as well as its Airport and others at Bergerac just to the south and Poitiers further north.

If you are looking for an area that is relatively inexpensive to live then there are many bargains to be had property wise on Anglesey.

I have relatives all over west wales and they are all happy as can be, I live in Brum and look forward to joining them in the future, they were all fortunate in moving prior to prices going up there. DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS,

I'd look a bit nearer Lucon though, Fontenay le Compte is a bit of a hike for a walk on the beach, or really for guests if you're going the gite route.
