Thanks Pickles I love the place and could not think of living anywhere else.
Land takes a bit of maintenance though especially now the joints are seizing up |

I have relatives all over west wales and they are all happy as can be, I live in Brum and look forward to joining them in the future, they were all fortunate in moving prior to prices going up there. DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS,

SWMBO is Welsh born and bred and thoroughly recommends the south Vendee!
I'd look a bit nearer Lucon though, Fontenay le Compte is a bit of a hike for a walk on the beach, or really for guests if you're going the gite route. Keith |
