It is literally a 5 minute job and I did mine on my driveway, using the diagram posted in this thread.

2 spanners 18 mm I think or maybe 19 mm and a steel ruler to get the measurement on the nut correct while the wheels were pointing straight ahead.

Cheers Thumbs Up

You don't even need to measure anything just slacken the bolt and locking nut off until the wheel hits the radius arm and move it back abit so the wheel is about 5mm off the arm. Alot of people let them touch the arm!

Can this be done with the wheels on full lock or do they have to be straight ahead when you do the adjustment?

You'll need to go from lock to lock - and the lock stop the right adjusts clearance for the left wheel and visa versa.

When we did the Alps I was able to drive the Stelvio pass without shunting once. My mate had to shunt on almost every corner. Later in the campsite I had a look and he had loads of room so I tweaked the stops for him and the rest of the trip was so much easier for him.

It was the first mod I did to my 110, the Turing circle before was shocking! Shocked

I just put it on full lock, went down on one knee and reached under & behind the wheel to screw the stops in (I was surprised to find no lock nuts though)
I just kept a tweeking them back out until the tyres stopped rubbing the radius arms when driven on full lock,

My boss had a DC for shooting a few years ago and sold it after one season because of the lack of manoverabilty
He can't believe it when I swing into the car park & into a space when he has to shunt his RR Rolling with laughter
