I move to Germany in 5 weeks but I'll have a chat with SWMBO regarding what she's ordering me to do and try and set a weekend.
I'm doing the 3 peaks in 24hrs this weekend and the Pot Noodle Challenge 18-20 Jun. There is stil space on the Pot Noodle Challenge, its going to be a fantastic weekend exploring the lanes of mid Wales, its designed to be completed by the Chelsea Tractors over on the D3 site so non damaging to us lot. Other than that I'm going to get thrashed in my next job, going to the 'stan in March so it would be good to meet up and do something. I'll have a think, would Salisbury Plain be suitable?? Ian |

Peaks would be good. I think I need to generate some spare time and look out some old Leicestershire, Wilts, Yorks, routes. Having said that i am in a standard 110 with road tyres :-/

Well, when you are across and I am back we will have to go for a jaunt down to the off-road park I know out in Germany. If anyone else would be interested in a Germany trip I am sure something can be planned Glyn |

there was one guy with worn road tyres in a D3, in the snow so you should be ok
prefer the peaks for the views, but sailsbury is closer, so either way fekete glyn, i would be interested in germany dependant on dates |

A standard Defender will be fine (mine is standard). And i'd be well annoyed if I damaged it!
OK, I'm swaying towards Salisbury Plain at the mo. I'll get a sign up sorted. Ian |
