TV license
Has anyone else recently thought we are getting pretty poor value from our license fee.

TV has been rubbish this week and tonight I have a chioce between ITV britains got talent or BBC britians not got talent (eurovision).

I think I need to pay for sky!!

We got rid of our telly 3 months ago (work being done on the house and we put it into storage). I have to say it's quite liberating - I get a lot more done now and have realised that with iPlayer there's more than enough quality programming available online Thumbs Up

Beware, though - if you watch iPlayer, you still need a licence Exclamation One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS

I have friends in Abu Dhabi who have sky TV so I presume it's possible Thumbs Up One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS

If you don't me asking legally or illegally? Did they get the satellite dish and digi box from the UK? The box is connected to a UK landline? how would they connect it here? Whistle '08 LR Defender 110

Register a sky box to a UK address and take the box and dish to dubai and you'll be able to watch sky anywhere!

Thats what i'll be doing when I go the ze fatherland.
