something else has come up.
It first happened when i was in Spain on my way back. When coming into a service station i put it in neutral and coasted the break pedal. As i was doing this it started to clunk. yesterday it did it again. I have searched the forum but cannot find any topics on it. Could it be related? Thank You Fabio |

thank you.
It was making so much noise yesterday that i was thinking of driving it to Exmoor today to see the snow and didn't... too scared something is about to break on it. Could both issues be related? Fabio |

You can find out if your front diff is two pin (actually has one pin) or if it broken via the axle filling hole.

Well i have just been to land rover and the mechanic they sent out with me said that
it looks like the clanking noise is the transfer box. The vibration he isn't sure but he is going to have a look. Booked in for next thursday. Fabio |
