Not a dealer as such, but I thought I'd give some feedback.
Back in the late 90's I used to remember them selling and servicing Land Rovers and Range Rovers in Chippenham, in recent years they seem to be now more of a 4x4 specialist and MOT station. The owner and his son participate in the Bowler Challenge and it was the son who I bought the steps from off eBay.
Anyway they had the car today supposedly for an hour to fit the steps, look at the rear screen and grease the bonnet pin. The rear screen issue does appear to be confirmed as being located behind the brake light as identified by the knowledgable people on here
The steps didn't quite go according to plan, it was booked in for 1 hour and ended up taking 2. Their labour rates are in my opinion quite high for an independent @ £70 + VAT an hour. We ended up paying for 1.5 hours and when I arrived at 11.30 the grinder was out on the drivers side
They also forgot to do the bonnet pin, no doubt because the steps didn't go as they should have done.
So I've got mixed feelings on using them again, has anyone else used them?
I'll be cleaning up the spring steps and getting those advertised for sale. From what I can see, they are genuine sprung side steps and I just need to give them a good clean. I'm not sure what to sell them for though?
