Utility has the same interior as s/w, even has grab handles for seats 6 & 7, plus marks, etc for the seat belts. My understanding is LR simply removed the exterior panels on the side & rear, and replaced with a plain blank 'utility' panel.

Yes it does
(in stereo with 'Ken') It has the interior plastic trim in the boot area, including grab handles, etc. the only difference between the utility and the station-wagon is the exterior rear panels on either side. My understanding is the utility starts out life as a station-wagon. |
