electrical quickie ...
I have a bike rack that I'd like to mount, it has a trailer board.

I am guessing (and hoping) there is a connector block somewhere to plug a land rover electrical tow kit on to ?

.. is there a connector?
.. where is it ?
.. does anyone know the part number for the simple trailer electrics and socket?

Near the Diesel filling tube (from cap to the tank) there is a plastic plate for rear lamps protection.

remove it (two screws).

there is a free connector, C0929 on Electric library (Sumitomo DL Series); this is the tow bar connector for plug in the harness to the trailer connector (named C1260 on the trailer land rover harness)........

Towing Electrics

Try Land Rover Parts.bz in Milton Keynes (UK) they do the LR005920 Towing electrics (no mods needed for £37.50.
They can be reached : sales@landroverparts.bz and contact Mo or Neil - They are great guys and very helpful.
I know, have just bought and fitted same.
