The guys at Bowler recommended BFG AT 265/65R18 tyres when I got mine they sit nicely to the outside of the arches, also adjusted the steering stops to give me more lock
Was told the 285s are just a bit too wide and reduce the turning circle. Click image to enlarge 2014 110 2.2TDCi XS Station wagon 1971 Bowler Tomcat 88 4.2 V8 Auto 2022 110 D250 XS Edition - Gone 2024 110 D250 X-Dynamic HSE Last edited by jomara on 21st Sep 2014 8:45pm. Edited 1 time in total |

I nearly bought a set of Silverline Manta wheels with 285 tyres, was a bit scared by the reduced turning circle as I spend a lot of time in city centre car parks.
Oh and you'll have hour and hours of fun cleaning them!!! I'm about to invest in some Dodo Juice wheel wax to see if it helps keep them clean!! 2014 110 2.2TDCi XS Station wagon 1971 Bowler Tomcat 88 4.2 V8 Auto 2022 110 D250 XS Edition - Gone 2024 110 D250 X-Dynamic HSE |

Is that the best price? Not sure I'm that keen on spending £450 per alloy.
