Are TD5 Style Headlamp Surrounds the same as TDci ones (same as in the link below)?

No.
Although (later) TDCi are only slightly different in that they have an additional screw hole (bottom right hand side of right hand panel and vice versa on left hand side) |

If you have three existing screw holes then you'll need to drill an additional one in the TD5 ones, if you haven't then they'll be the same

According to Microcat Defender up to 2007 and from 2007 the headlight finisher has the same part numbers

Not sure when the cross over year was but my 2007 has two holes as does my 2009 but my 2014 has three ...

Models that pre date the TD5 have a different part number due to them not having the louver slots cut out in them.
Someone told me once the cut outs were to assist engine cooling don't know if that is true. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at.. http://www.youtube.com/user/conwy1 |

Some 5 miles from Bluewater so not far from Headcorn.
For your information I am also the commentator for the SLSLRC London to Brighton run for the last 10 years!! |
