wiring colour
TDCI puma 2008 :
I want to install a "master" relais and an additional fusebox for all my spots, usb, working lamps etc...
I want the relais to switch off the current when the engine is down.
What colour is the +12V-wire, and do I find it in the passenger under-seat box?
grtz,
Kris

I'll check tomorrow. If not, I make a connection to the cigarette lighter.

Mcmuffin,

If the link works and you can read a wiring diagram you will have everything you need here, it's a rhd set but it'll be the same colours:

Yes there is one under the seat.
The brown/orange cables with a 15A blue fuse is 12V ignition. Very simple to find, there is only one cable with a single fuse integrated in the loom.

I think this cable brings 12V to run EGR motor, because there is 12V during 5-6 seconds after switch off ignition.

This is the brown/orange cable with the white strip.
