Oil leak
I have a small oil leak from above fuel pressure regulator under the rocker chest , it's making a mess of starter bell housing and underside , I can't find any maximum torque settings for cylinder head bolts only 90 and 180 degrees .ithought I would try to retighten bolts before any thing else Thumbs Up

Had this on mine, genuine rocker cover gasket fixed it in the end after countless attempts with aftermarket gasket and sealant.

Oil leak looked to be coming from the head/block but was actually running down from the rocker gasket 'half moon'. There is no oilway in the head in that corner so wont be coming from there Smile

Dont tighten the cover bolts up further as they will just snap or strip the thread from the head. The top hat spacers (look like washers under the bolt heads) stop the gasket being over compressed by the bolts. As long as all bolts are reasonably hand tight (using 1/4" ratchet) then that is sufficient.

I found a small blob of silicone sealant on the two inside corners of the gasket either side of the 'half moon' on the genuine gasket was all that was required in the end.

On the back of the rocker gasket there's a section that is half moon shaped and is very well known for leaking. I used gasket sealer on a new gasket and never had a problem since.
