Series IIa - old family photos
I've been scanning old family pictures and came across this; my introduction to Landrovers. I grew up with a farm across the street, where I spent most of my time helping out with my best mate, the famer's (Uncle Frank) grandson. Happy memories helping on milk rounds delivered using this (I think judging by the date of the registration) Series IIa - 827STF. The Cortina estate was my dads. The picture was taken in 1981. I'd love to buy and restore a Series IIa one day ...
