Facebook... any experts?

I wish to convert one of my personal (work) profiles into a proper "business" FB page,

But every time I search for how to do it, I end up with older info pages and hald the buttons they say to press aren't on the current FB pages.

So anyone a dab hand at this?

I don't think its possible any more, it used to be automatic once you hit 5k friends but since they divorced the business platform into its own entity I think they removed the conversion process.
