Heater only blowing onto windscreen
The heater is only blowing onto the windscreen and my feet are feeling a little left out!
The knob on the controls doesn't seem to do anything, does anyone have any diagrams of what is behind the knobs and how do I take it off for a look? Tdci 110 DC

You will have to remove the center part of the dash and fiddle with the linkage behind the knob.

Be careful as the control comes as one unit and is expensive.

You can download the service manuals containing the information you need here (courtesy of Daniele):

I had the same with mine. It went back to the dealer under warranty but i understand it was the cables that control the vent flaps needed adjusting (behind the vent control dial). Theyre very similar to bicycle brake cables where the outer shroud needs to be clamped properly for them to work. Defender Puma 2.2 XS 90

Thanks Lads, I'll have a try at the weekend and see if I can fix it. Tdci 110 DC
