That does indeed look like a tempting project for someone, lots of good bits and low mileage.

Not sure if it's too pricey for a project though - for a full resto I'd personally always start with a galv chassis and new bulkhead anyway though, even if these seem ok now they still have 30 years of rot in them. So I wouldn't pay a premium, but if they are that good and you were keeping them, it might still be a decent buy. And of course it is US legal as is...


And either way it won't be cheap - mine owes me the price of a decent Puma, and that's before the tuned 4.6 that lies further down the line... Fully Restored 89 110 CSW V8

I've seen better, more complete and more original cars go for less on ebay in the last few weeks. Even better they have been diesels which seem to sell better in the states now than the RV8

You would need to do some serious work to make that exportable. Some of the mods are difficult to reverse. www.td5.org

Well i does have potential. But as mentioned, I would start with a fresh galvinised chassis.
