MY15 steering column shroud shape and DSC
Hi all.

Am awaiting the arrival of my MY15 110 and would like to buy it an aftermarket wheel and disklok ready for when it arrives.

Trouble is I'm hearing that the steering column shroud is different and thus the bosses for pre-MY15 vehicles may not fit.

Does anyone have any photos of their MY15 that would show if this is valid or do the normal puma bosses still fit?

Any thoughts appreciated!! Cheers. Thumbs Up Smile

If fitting an aftermarket steering wheel, the pre '15 bosses will not fit.

See this thread.

The lower column shroud is different to accommodate the steering angle sensor but should not affect the fitting of a disklok.

Looks like the end of an era - the hole for the choke cable (present since the introduction of the Series 3) has finally been deleted! Big Cry

Steering Wheel Column update
The boss for the MY15 is slightly different with "proud" plastic pins for the self cancelling on the indicators. Urban and TMD stock the boss adapters that will fit all MOMO steering wheels, but only Urban actually have them for dispatch at the moment. Easy swap no probs, speaking from experience (once you have the right boss).

The plastic pins are part of the steering wheel sensor,
If you look at Matts picture above of the boss, the slots are for the pins to sit in

Just about see the grey pins in this picture
