Why?

What is it with some people that they feel it necessary to not do their jobs but in such a way that try to make it look like anyone else's fault but theirs? Do some people really not have the mental capacity to see that such activities are inherently transparent and that they will be found out and held to account. Ra ra ra ra ra ra grrrrrrrr, if you are going to take the money, do the ruddy work.

Sorry for the outburst but apparently it's not accepted to just slap work shy cretins. Rhubarb and custard let fly with their secret weapon.
