Body sealing: factory methods
Can anybody help with the following please?

Does anybody know the definitive factory method of sealing the side panels to the tub, and the roof to both the side panels and the windscreen? and are there any other areas that need sealing when building a defender rear end? I am guessing several tubes of sikaflex are needed? what type? I am asking as I am rebuilding to original spec, so don't want to just chuck in a load of random sealants and rubber if I can help it. V8 90...WIP

They dont use sealant at the factory (for the roof sides and window frame) just (badly fitted,,poor quality, lol) rubber or foam seals. Pov.spec,ftw. 2006, 110,TD5.
