Check your nipples
Ive even got one missing.

Just gone to do an intermediate 6k service (at 18k), oil grease prop shafts etc. I have found that one of the front UJ propshaft grease nipplies is missing completly and all the others are extremely loose. This cannot be just my vehicle (hope it is for everyone elses sake) as it was all the grease nipples. I'm guessing LR dont check the props when they are fitted during production as they probably just arrive complete from a supplier. Sad

Cheers Rich

Same as mine, went to grease up the propshafts at 3k and found the front prop UJ adjacent the transfer box had the grease nipple missing.
Checked the others and they were loose as well.
It got replaced when the fuel pump died the week after and had to be recovered to the dealers

where are the grease nipples. Have had a quick look and can;t spot them.

And is there any specific grease type that needed.

Any help greatly appreciated.

The grease nipples are in the centre cross of the UJ, not like my other 90s wher they are in the side of the UJ and easily seen. I could only detect the hole by feel and even knowing where it is its difficult to see. The grease nipples are cranked at 45 degrees and difficult to get a grease gun onto. They may need rotating slightly.
