Disaster avoided
Pulling into the work car park this morning, reversed into a space and noticed I was leaking something Shocked

Quick look revealed a leaking union on the power steering rigid pipe where it attaches to the pump.

Nice chap from landy assist came and fixed it, on checking the fluid I'd lost very little but if I'd not noticed and the union vibrated loose some more it would have dumped the lot and more than likely been curtains for the pump and a trip to the dealers.

Thumbs Up to the nice chap called Nick and his kitted out Disco 3.

Called Land rover assist when I had my RRS and the AA turned up !!!
Hadn't got a clue what he was doing, therefor you were lucky. Thumbs Up Its easy to smile and be happy when the world rolls along like a song.
But a mans got style if he can smile when his Land rovers going wrong.

Same happened to me but was given the choice....Either wait til LR Assist was available or have AA attend!.... Standard practice apparently to get you moving quicker. Worked out fine for me!

Well the AA own the LR assist contract.

They sent the AA to me when I killed a brand new freelander 2 coutesy car after driving 5 miles for the stealer who wouldn't come out and pick me up.
