Mmm lovely choice!!! Wish I'd known about UT before I plumped for buying and customising my 110, they do some lively work.

I like the urban trucks and there pricing isn't as ridiculous as others
Well the double led bumper was too much for me for now, but was still considerably cheaper than the kahn version |

Thanks for all the positive comments
Should get some pics later in the week so i will post them up for you to see Been looking at quite a few over the past three months or so but couldn't make my mind up on final spec etc Having seen all the adverts in LRO i started researching them all a bit more I agree though their pricing is really fair, i know its a hell of a lot of money and there will be some that say you do all the modifications yourself etc The way i looked at was: having seen what the other modifiers had on offer and what they charging, they were ridiculously expensive I looked at the discount prices i could get from the dealers and then the parts i would have to add and the Urban Truck looked really good by comparison The other issue i had was modifying a brand new truck that has a warranty I am quite happy drilling and playing with my 15 year old 300tdi but i don't have the confidence to do it to a brand new one let alone the potential issues that i could end up with! Was talking to my dad earlier as he loves driving my 300tdi, i think he is almost as excited as me about the new truck too lol |

Hello JustStarting
Welcome aboard...OK you've got our interest, make the thread a good one, this will be almost exactly proportional to the number and quality of the photos posted, together with any interesting insights picked up along the way...(so no pressure then). A Stage by Stage transformation would be great, (ask UT to help). ENJOY... SKIP https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic83242.html |
