United Kingdom 2008 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 CSW Zambezi Silver
Guy Salmon Land Rover, Bristol
Don't know how, but when returning to the Defender in Southampton last Friday found that the rear windscreen was crazed but in one piece. En route back to the hotel unfortunately the bits including the high level brake light (as I later discovered) fell out, mostly inside, but not the brake light. Which must now be part of the road surface. Autoglass fitted new glass but not the brake light. Then some discussion between Autoglass and LV, our insurers about responsibility for replacing the light. LV rapidly agreed to fund that as part of the glass claim. Parts ordered from Guy Salmon yesterday afternoon and arrived this am. Fitted gratis, and I only paid the cost of the parts, to be reclaimed from LV. Again gratis and not requested they carried out a full outside and inside valet of the vehicle, having offered me coffee, biscuits and a daily paper. Very impressive and the second time I've commented favourably about this dealer. Ian One wife - livid

Had my 110 in for first service today. I had agreed to drop it off but had a meeting to go to so couldn't. Called GS Brizzle and spoke to Zoe. 5 mins later it was agreed, my wife would take the 110 to work, Zoe would walk to her office and collect and drop off at the end of the day.
Had a few recalls done, not sure what but SWMBO mentioned it at lunch when we spoke. Car came back immaculate and along with the invoice I received a small cloth bag, inside they had included the invoice and inspection report, a small bottle of GS branded water and a small bag of sweets. A nice unexpected surprise.
I can now go on my holibobs to Wales next week and enjoy it knowing the 110 is fit for the road again and I don't have to worry about the mileage like Ive had to the last month or so.

So a big Thumbs Up from me for GS Brizzle 110 D250 SE HT
