Millers additives

Can anyone recommend a good one? My EGR randomly threw up a P0404 code today and illuminated the MIL and it's only 2 years old and about 10k!

I always use quality fuel but would a flush though with an additive give it a clean through before it gets any more clogged?
I'm sure it's intermitent, at this stage anyway because the performance is great and no difference in noises.
Shut down noises are variable and have been since it was brand new I.e. It'll do the chuckachucka some times and not others and it is the newer style EGR and has always worked in this way.
Recommendations?

to be honest ive never found any of the additives much good , and tried lots of different ones brought and given to us as demo ones from reps etc

Yeah,Millers Ecomax is good,or Forte which is what,(Amazon or eblag sell it) the trade generally use,I've used Forte (and Millers fairly regular) a few times,but only for general maintenance,not coz I have an issue.
