Wisdom of the Day
Learnt today that it is not a good idea to wear a pair of smart yard boots that you haven't worn for years and have been sitting in the wardrobe all that time to go to a county agricultural show!
Rubber soles degrade over time and whilst walking back to the 90 realised that the soles had virtually vanished Big Cry
It's a blooming long drive home from Westmorland when you are driving in your socks Sad
Suppose it does give me the excuse to go shopping for new boots. Laughing
