Unfortunately, whether the job is really effective or not might not be known for many years?

Have you seen the comedy sketch on a TV programme where the office manager finds out they have run out of Fax paper so he asks his employee to ring their other branch to fax over some paper? Thats about my level of IT knowledge so no photos. However if anyone is in Warwick and wants to inspect the work on my car then let me know. The owner has owned the business for 25 years and seems a decent guy so that might be some recommendation

I've been quoted £425+vat for everything or £250+vat just for the underside. 2008 Defender 110 XS SW - M57N2 / 6HP28X

have you considered doing it yourself ?? I know its not everyone's cup of tea but a £150 compressor from machine mart is plenty good enough, an applicator gun off ebay is £25 the stuff I use is ankor wax £30 for 5ltr, (I normally use about 7ltr per application ) it really is an easy job and a lot cheaper and you have the kit to repeat when ever you like and at least you'll know its done properly, just a thought

i don't like paying anyone for doing something I can do myself, it sounds very expensive to me then you have 2 days off work and a night in a guest house, having done the job several times myself and doing it very thoroughly, I would struggle to make the job last a full day let alone 2, you have to clean carefully, i use a jet wash it took about an hour but the truck was pretty clean to start with I leave it to dry for a couple of days then get stuck in, the gun comes with a probe nozzle to get inside the chassis too, its only a foot or so long but there are loads of holes to gain access and you can fit a longer rubber pipe if you like, its easy i did my 09 puma for the second time this year whether it needed it or not I'm not sure but all i needed was some wax, the application probably took from about 9 am to 5 ish and a defender is probably the easiest to do, i did my mates mgb and that wasn't so much fun,

You don't even need a compressor with Dinitrol.
I guess the depiction depends if your prepared to get down and dirty and pay circa £150 or not bother get the job done elsewhere and pay £400 - £500. Depends on situation in your personal life but if your up to it, happy to take it on and fit enough then go for it! |

Yeah .. I have to agree and in the past I have done all my own vehicles (VW Campers etc) .. BUT .. I now don't have somewhere to do it, or somewhere to store a compressor etc .. in a previous life no problem, but on this occasion I'll get the pros to do it. 2008 Defender 110 XS SW - M57N2 / 6HP28X
