Hey Mike,
greatly appreciated your "live and breath" in this forum. Listening to the cutsomer is essential to your company's success since the automotive industry so much relies on quality improvement in the field on the customer side (Puma clutch, rail pressure sensor, egr valve, brake vacuum pump, etc). I am desperately hoping that Mr. Ziebart (new JLR Director Group Engineering) uses the experience he gained in the semiconductor industry about technology reliabilty and it's connection to early life field returns.
