Any landlords in Devon?

I know this is a long shot but we're moving to Devon, our house is going through at the moment and I'm guessing the sale will be completed around mid October. If anyone has or knows of a rural property with a garden that they could rent to myself and my wife (and two soft dogs) then please get in touch, we're looking at mid/north Devon to buy but anything around Devon/Somerset/North Cornwall would be great. We're clean and tidy, non smokers, the house would be looked after well and would be cleaner when we left than when we arrived.

Also, I might need to store all out belongings in the interim, if anyones got space in a secure lock up for furniture, tools, bikes, mower etc then let me know.
