It's not too far from Blackpool and Liverpool....will the beech be over. rowed with shell suits or is there somewhere quiet?
Also anywhere near by where u can drive onto the beech? Many thanks And do I need to pack a spare set of wheels? |

Not sure about driving on the beach but here is a link to the NT http://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/formby/opening-times/ which might be able to help.

thanks very much. that's where we stopped the day at the NT site. weather turned out better than expected. was impressed to see c10 wind turbines extending out from the coast and then in the distance I noticed a shed load more of then......30 - 50 perhaps? wow. anyhow would love to say the def drove brillianty all the way there and back..... the weather was great, sand dunes were great for getting out of the wind and grabbing a quiet bite to eat, children loved body boarding and the best bit for me was getting the boad out (thanks Brendan) for a bbq before heading home on my birthday |
