Mines got that too.

I've just burst the bubbles and applied dinitrol. It seems to have stabilised it nicely for now. I dread to think how bad it will be behind the screen rubber!

But then mine is out of warranty for paint. Under 3 years old get it back to the dealer. Even though the paint warranty is only 3 years, one day I might challenge them saying 3 years for the lifespan of the paint on a vehicle of this cost is utter rubbish and not of merchantable quality. Also a "reasonable" person wouldn't expect the paint to be bubbling on what could be a 30 grand plus car at 3 years old.

Mines just started doing the same... Near side screen surround, No broken paint.. rust bubbling up from underneath. 18 months old... Sent pictures to the dealer... waiting for a reply..

Cheers

Tim It doesn't matter how bad it is, It can always get worse...

My '07 Defender went into the paint shop twice within the first three years for bubbling of the paint from underneath the rubber on the windscreen surround.
