Another good review for Harwoods Tonbridge.
Drove up to dealership and parked easily (my 110 did look a bit out of place next to a brand new Freelander 2 and Discovery 4 )
Wandered around to the front doors stopped on the way by a friendly hello and handshake from the service manager, had a quick catch up then wandered around to the front desk.
Beautiful young receptionist stood up, "Good morning sir, how may I help you?"
I asked for servicing, she quickly told me he was currently with another customer and ushered me over to the seated waiting area, "may I get you a cup of tea or coffee while you wait?"
Lovely cup of tea and a biscuit for free while I wait, only to be interrupted by a gentleman who approached me and asked me by name, how may I help you today?
Went over, booked in my 110 for its service which includes a free MOT, asked if I wanted a courtesy car, I enquired if it was a defender to which he laughed and said "Not many people want to drive a defender, though I'm sure we could sort something out if you are desperate" I decided it would be easier for me to just be dropped at the station so that was added to the notes.
Thank you for your booking we look forward to seeing you soon.
Came home, checked inbox, Confirmation of your booking.
I wasn't dressed in a suit, I was just in a t-shirt, pair of old shorts and my steel toe caps.
Stunning service absolutely 100% impressed very happy with them.
