Life ain't just about looks. Read the text it's a design bed for a zero emission self creating hydrogen powered 4x4. So Mercedes are going from 8mpg to zero emissions, surely a good thing.

But no says defender2.net style gurus it looks bad so it's bad.

I like it - a toned-down version would be great. Admittedly it looks a bit like an apocalypse car, but if it were smaller with larger windows it would be a goer. Now left.

No worse than the "pre" release freelander or disco 1/2/3 was.

These design idea vehicle rarely ever look like the end product anyway.

Although being MB... it's bound to be good either way!
