[For Sale] Plasma rope

10,000 lb x30 m, cleated with winch thingy on the other end and shroud, brand new never used £140 can post for a £8.

I had it bought as a birthday present a year ago from David Bowyer at Goodwinch, its 10 or 11 mm, i had a 10000lb winch at the time. its been sat in the garage, never been on a drum.

Assume you mean it's a ready made up rope with tubed thimble and red safety hook.

It might help to confirm whether it's 10mm or 11mm as the difference bewteen the two is quite large:

10mm rated at 10,900 kgs
11mm rated at 13,900 kgs

The difference between the figures is negligible in real world terms. 9.5mm is the standard for self recovery purposes so 10mm will be absolutely fine. I would only be concerned by the difference if I was using this for competition purposes (where 11mm is the standard) and tbh regardless of diameter this would be the wrong rope for the job.

Never mind the finite details, this is a cheap rope, I'd have it if I needed one.
