Does that mean that the top edge of the door of the magi must be 2.2m from the ground?

No, I don't think so.

The poles are totally adjustable, I think you just get more / less skirt at the bottom Thumbs Up

Looking at the instructions there is a supplied rod which appears to fit into two slots that are already on the underside of the Maggi tent 'clam' roof ?
