Strange, why would you fit a modern defender steering wheel and hand brake to a 1952 S1.

I like it but I wonder if its actually legal, it has a heritage certificate saying when it was built but I suspect there is very little left of the original vehicle, for the money I would prefer a more genuine series 1 for 9k , or Id be happier as someones else said with it on a Q plate. Looks quite neat as S1's go.... although don't think i'd want to drive it through any mud without those arches! would get messy quickly.

Definitely NOT legal! I suspect a nasty surprise may await the new owner.
Not MoT exempt, not eligible for Historic Vehicle tax, and not eligible for that registration. |
