Intermittent engine revs on 14 Tdci
For the last few weeks I've had an intermittent fault with my engine revs. I did have have blown fuse for the brake lights but that's been replaced now.

When I reach high revs, if I lift my foot off the accelerator pedal then press the pedal for more revs, the engine misfires or coughs, then everything's fine again. It doesn't do it all the time, but does it quite a lot when changing up through the gears.

Anyone else come across this problem before??

Yeah, it's really annoying, mine was in twice for this problem but everything was "within tolerance"!!

I bought a second ecu to allow me to get a remap without causing warranty problems, just need to get to BAS now!! 2014 110 2.2TDCi XS Station wagon
