Bonnet problem
The bonnet of our 110 will not open anymore. When you pull the lever you hear some sound from the lock in the front but no movement. Any suggestions?

Suggest you get someone to try and lift the bonnet while you pull the lever. I had similar problem after travelling many km in very dusty area (Richtersveld). Once open, a good spray with WD 40 should sort it out.

Cheers

If you have someone push the bonnet DOWN while you pull the lever, that may release the lock,...understand you've probably already tried that though.

Since the truck is still in its factory warranty period, let the dealer sort it out, as if you start tinkering yourself you might get blamed for it. Would be interesting though to hear explanation of what the cause of the problem really was as this bonnet issue seems not a standalone situation. As already said in separate post, my bonnet cable don't work anymore either, dealer failed at a quick fix, and truck is booked in there for 24-06, luckily extended warranty also cover this. Will post later details I find out from dealer.
Eric You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.
